Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is the most serious type of stroke. High level thrombin found in ICH. Ubiquitin-specific protease (USP) 31, a member deubiquitinating enzymes family, has been to negatively regulate NF-κB pathway. However, function USP31 ICH remains largely unknown. In present study, mRNA and protein expression levels were measured by real-time PCR western blot. Flow cytometry was used measure cell apoptosis reactive oxygen species (ROS). current we decreased peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with Thrombin stimulated apoptosis, increased ROS level, productions interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), but it BV-2 cells. agreement, overexpressing could alleviate these effects caused thrombin. partially reversed induced increase nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) localization.
